How we approach a job
Water damage is stressful mostly because of the uncertainty — how bad is it, what will it cost, how long will it take. Our approach is built around cutting that uncertainty down early: a moisture reading before we talk about scope, a plain explanation before equipment goes in, and one point of contact through the whole job instead of getting passed between subcontractors.
We work both residential jobs — a flooded basement, a burst supply line, a storm-damaged roof letting rain in — and commercial water losses for local businesses that need to get back open. The process is the same either way: stop the water, document everything, dry to a verified standard, then rebuild.
